Pastors Billy Joe & Sharon's Bios

Billy Joe and his wife, Sharon, minister God’s healing, saving and delivering power as a team.  Sharon’s music, exhortation and prophetic words release the anointing of the Holy Spirit to set people free.  Billy Joe preaches and ministers the living Word of Victory in Jesus. Signs and wonders follow their ministry. 

Pastor Billy Joe is founder and pastor of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Victory Christian School, Victory Bible Institute and Victory World Missions Training Center. One hundred sixty International Victory Bible Institutes have been started in forty-nine countries.

He is also founder and CEO of the Tulsa Dream Center, which provides food and clothing distribution, dental/medical clinic, legal counseling, job training, tutoring, and recreation space.  The vision of the Tulsa Dream Center is to see thousands of hurting people restored and empowered to achieve the dream that God has for them.

Other Victory outreaches include taking the Gospel via radio and television in North America, along with shortwave radio and television in other nations, and the distribution of books, tapes and videos. 

Billy Joe and Sharon have four children and a son-in-law that work alongside them in the ministry.
